If you want to report someone who: Practices acts disregarding the laws and regulations imposed by the competent authority, pollutes the waters, soils, degrading its quality, pollutes the air through the use of technical devices; Causes noise pollution through the use of technical equipment or facilities; pollute water, soil, air, causing danger to life or physical integrity of others, as well as for assets outside of high value, or to cultural or historical monuments.
Article 279. Penal Code
1 – Whoever, not observing the laws, regulations or requirements imposed by the competent authority in accordance with those provisions:
a) Polluting water or soil, or in any way downgrade their qualities;
b) Polluting the air with the use of technical devices or installations, or
c) bring about noise pollution through the use of technical equipment or facilities, in particular machinery or land vehicles, inland waterway, sea or air of any kind, so serious, is punishable with imprisonment up to three years or a fine not exceeding six hundred days.
