Art 261 of the Criminal Code

1 – Whoever, with intent to cause injury to another person or the State, to obtain for themselves or someone else illicit benefit or prepare, facilitate, execute or conceal another crime, using identity document or travel document issued in favor of another person, is punishable with imprisonment up to two years or a fine of up to 240 days.

2 – The same penalty shall apply to those who, with intent to make possible the actions described in the preceding paragraph, provide identification or travel one to whom was issued.
