Communiqué of the electronic Council of Ministers of February 26, 2021

The Council of Ministers today approved, electronically, the decree that regulates the state of emergency decreed by the President of the Republic, maintaining the rules currently in force until 23:59 on 16 March 2021.
 
Note:
The Council of Ministers is chaired by the Prime Minister and is composed of all ministers.
Unless otherwise determined by the Prime Minister, the Secretary of State for Parliamentary Affairs, the Assistant Secretary of State for the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers participate in the meetings of the Council of Ministers, without the right to vote. .
The Secretaries of State who may, in each case, be called upon by the Prime Minister, may also participate in meetings of the Council of Ministers, without the right to vote.
The organization and functioning of the Council of Ministers are regulated in the Government Organization and Functioning Regime, to be approved by Decree-Law.
