Brief Company History
Ibex Group is a group of international insurance brokers originally established in 2000. Ibex works with many leading insurers in order to offer clients a wide range of products which meet most general insurance needs. Understanding the needs of expatriate clients living in Gibraltar, Portugal and Spain and providing a full service in the English language from point of sale, through all documentation and to payment of a claim has been key to the success and growth of Ibex over the years. 

Brief Personal History

Business Development Officer Vanessa Vitória is responsible for Ibex’s commercial activity for both Ibex offices in Almancil & Tavira, and has 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry.

Crime Prevention and Service Quality Approach At Ibex we are able to provide the Policy Document in English so that our clients can understand what they are insured for and what the exclusions are. At Ibex we ensure clients understand their responsibility and what security measures are needed as part of the Insurance Contract, thus ensuring a claim is valid:

Ex: If a theft claim is submitted on a Home Insurance, the claim will be valid if there is evidence of forcible entry, there is a Police report and the security measures that are stipulated on the Policy wording\schedule are in force at the time of the crime.
