Article 185 of Law 23/2007 of 4 July – Immigration Law

1 – Who, for profit, for themselves or third party, solicit or raise in order to enter the labour market unskilled foreigners with residence permits or visas that enable the exercise of a profession shall be punished with imprisonment one to four years.

2 – Who, repeatedly, practicing acts of the preceding paragraph shall be punished with imprisonment from two to five years.

3 – An attempt is punishable.
