If you wish to report someone who illegitimately seized for themselves or someone else’s movable property (such as money, clothing or credit card), against the will of the owner or without this knowledge.

However, if there is robbery, especially by others of movable stolen high value goods (for example, your car, jewellery or a weapon involved), or the author has entered  the housing without permission, you should make the report directly to the police.
