rticle 217. Penal Code

1 – Whoever, with intent to obtain for themselves or third unlawful enrichment, through error or mistake on the facts that led cunningly to determine others to acts which cause, or causes another person, economic loss is punishable with imprisonment up to three years or a fine.

2 – The attempt is punishable.

3 – The prosecution on a complaint.
