If you wish to lodge a complaint against another person who forced through violence or threat, which leads to her/him or others, damage, or if the threat consists in the revelation, through the media, the facts that could seriously harm the reputation of the victim or another person.
Art 223 of the Criminal Code
1 – Whoever, with intent to obtain for themselves or third unlawful enrichment, embarrasses another person, through violence or threats to harm important asset to a provision which leads to her or others, damage, is punishable with imprisonment up to five years.
2- The agent is punished with imprisonment from six months to five years.
3 – If there are requirements referred to:
in paragraphs a), f) or g) n. 2 of Article 204. thereof, or a) of n. 2 of article 210. thereof, the agent is punished with imprisonment from two to fifteen years;
in paragraph. 3 of article 210. thereof, the agent shall be punished with imprisonment from eight to sixteen years.
4 – The agent is punished with imprisonment up to two years or a fine of up to 240 days is obtained as a guarantee of debt and abusing the situation of need for another person, document that may give rise to prosecution.
