If you want to lodge a complaint against someone who has destroyed, damaged, made useless, made away with, misappropriated, hidden or removed a document or technical note/file, which they had no right to, or to which someone else had a legal right, or which someone else can claim the person or handover.
Art 259 of the Criminal Code
1 – Whoever, with intent to cause injury to another person or the State, or to obtain for themselves or someone else illicit benefit, destroying, damaging, rendering unusable, making it disappear, or subtracting dissimilar technical document or notation, that there may or may not have entirely, or that another person can legally require the submission or presentation, is punishable with imprisonment up to three years or a fine.
2 – The attempt is punishable.
3 – It is accordingly the provisions of no. 4 of article 256. º.
4 – Where are the particular offence, complaints will be prosecuted.
