The Regional Health Administration of Lisbon and Vale do Tejo recommended special care to Social Security institutions, nursing homes and continuing care units regarding the cold wave.
The Regional Health Administration of Lisbon and Vale do Tejo (ARSLVT), through the Department of Public Health, recommends strengthening preventive measures, taking into account the predictions of a cold wave with the possibility of negative temperatures and that should extend For a week (according to forecasts of the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere – IPMA).
